My Idea.

A hindrance they do
 not in a way always
 direct toward the management
hitting all the more.

they spend time on plotting
  a scheme in a way
 a disturbance in a cause
 destroying the peace.

It is a provocation
 wonder whether to act or be quiet
 acting is a direct strike
 silent is a humiliation.

Which would be better?
 I deliberate
 know they are thick skinned
 so it is i to be gnore the idiot.

 Turn, not the face towards
 keep away from them
 mind them not as human
 that is my idea
