A Challenge And A Bet.

The sun is about to set
 it is already sinking
 could it be a bet
rains would  be coming
 says my friend all in a sudden
no sign of rain so far
 he  sweared it with a threaten
the sky had no bars
 it was  silent for a few seconds
startled I was to hear a thunder
 followed by lightning in the bend
 Lo! I felt I had made a blunder
 my friend was excited  almost
  a big fuss was all around
 rains were about to come  at the most
 the  pour was not there all around
the rains had bid adieu
 so did my friend leave with his due.
