 a land freehold is in all likely

could be an asset  valuable
 that of leaseholds a degree less
 a longer period is advisable
 a shorter one not recommended
 anyhow  an investment
 should be done with caution
 otherwise would bring in friction
 too much for anyone to bear
 ideal is to watch and wait
 for the moment most propitious
 if not found in the vicinity
 better hold the money in deposit
 could yield you a less income
 could be a sfe one in the long run.
