Expect Not

Expect not anything
  not an advice as you might think
 it is an experience in a way
 this much I could say
with the anticipation
 comes a preparation
small or big in a trend
it would send
a botheration  in a sense
 makes one wait in tense
would again be a strain
 with nothing much of a gain
so expect not anything at all
 remain placid and peaceful call.
