Aching Knee

A sprain in my knee
 very common  as of now
 hurts mightily
as I bend and bow
 a swelling in a bulge
above the knee
puts up a dodge
as I could see
a plain discomfort
and an immobility
 pain shoots up
affecting my stability
I stand up
 straining myself
 I have to rest
 and restrict  myself
the resolution best
for an aching knee.
