The Day Gives Away.

The day shines so beautifully
 a lovely sunny morning it is
the morning hours go dutifully
a pack, a run and a hurry it is
the children off to school
 the men to their workplace
 the mother with hands full
 organises the house in phases
 the sun rises up to the middle
 it is  now noon
with nothing to fiddle
the place relapses too soon
 the momentum slows down
 exhaustion takes he toll
 kids walk slowly back with a frown
the men having not reached the goal
return home exasperated and tired
the night envelops the earth
as the day gives way.

Thrive Without Fear.

it was a late night
 saw people fight
 not literally anyway
 it was a leading to that way
 a difference and a fall-out

 came to light in and out
 it was a pct
 which was intact
 suddenly turned sour
 would have never
 but for the power
 turns the lever
 the words go against
 causes a taint
 a deal so compact
loses its facts
 breaks out   plain
as one complains
 the other  accuses
 while the third recuses
 a drama  on the whole  it is
 a boon to the owner as it is
 would awake to the reality
 charge them without partiality
 revive his business
from the insincere in a sense
 would flourish in the years
 thrive without any fears.
