Does it Sound Improper?

A set of people
all crazy people
 live on wealth
  ancestor's wealth
 never think of earning
 as they have saving
not out of their hard labour
 out of their frugal  harbour
 talk high and wide
 take the sides
whenever necessary
very dull headed entirely
yet they prosper
does it sound improper?
