 making  a fuss over nothing
 making much ado about nothing
 crying wild over nothing
 raising a hue and a cry
 over nothing
 a small hurt becomes
 a grievous injury
 the way she behaves
 creates a nonsensical overture
 a disgust and a disapproval
 could be well  expressed.
