 she is the smartest
 speaks nothing  rational
 an empty head

The Fire In Fort McMurray

Fire rages high
 for days together
 spreads north and south
 firefighters know not how to?
copious water poured to douse
 it still goes up and up
 only rain could appease
 only rain could satiate
 the fire's thirst.

Seven Dogs

Seven dogs out in the yard
 make a lot of noise
 bark they for long
 whimper for no known time
 fight with each other
 make life miserable
yet they remain there
 none to drive them out
as I fear dogs the most.

A Busy Man

Call him a busy man
 I would vouchsafe for it
 as he sits not in one place
walks up and down
 without an aim
 not for any particular cause.

A Foolhardy Person

He never smiles
 if so with a loud laugh
 where the guffaw is prominent
 a painstakingly disciplined man
 feigns most of the time
 a foolhardy person.
