An Irony

A man not tall
 physically very short
 mentally dull and dead
speaks high of him
 how come he does?
 I do not know
 people around him applaud
 talk greatly of him
 how I do not know
 he lives and laughs
 not at his folly
 at others inefficiency
 an irony in the go.
